How do I give my accountant access to my Quickbooks (SOLVED)

Accountant’s Access Walk Through

SUMMARY:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Manage Users.
  3. Select the Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Click the Invite Button.
  5. Enter your accountant’s login information.
  6. Click Save.

That should do it! Your accountant will receive an invitation email containing the Invite Accountant link. They need to accept the invitation manually.
